It just so happens that one of my oldest Hero Arts stamp sets is a Valentines set - Valentine Sayings, so I thought I'd get a head start on a Valentine's card:
I stamped the "xoxo"s repeatedly onto white cardstock with Punch chalk ink & Bubblegum midtone shadow ink and cut it into strips. I stamped the Woodgrain background (another oldie but goodie) onto red & pink cardstock, using the same inks, and cut those into strips as well. I adhered the strips onto a square piece of cardstock at an angle, trimmed off the excess and added some red & white bakers twine. The little birdie and sentiment are from the Valentine Sayings set as well.
